Cancellation Policy
Gemini Medical runs at full capacity for appointments. Hence anyone who does not attend an appointment not only inconveniences the staff, but also stops someone else from being able to receive our services.
In recent times, the number of companies 'pre-booking' times and then not having any one utilise those appoinments has been increasing. Consequently Gemini Medical has had to implement a Cancellation Policy.
Non-attendance Policy
As of March 1st 2007, any candidate who fails to attend will incur a $50 fee. This will be invoiced to their employer.
