What happens if I can't attend my appointment?
If you cannot attend or you make changes to your booked medical appointment, it is important the correct procedure is followed.
If your medical assessment was booked directly with a Gemini Medical clinic, you can contact the clinic directly. For contact details, please see Our Locations .
If your medical assessment was booked by GemiNET, you will need to contact BOTH the clinic you were booked in at, and Gemini Medical.
Failure to do so may result in no-show fees, and your propsective employer will be notified.
Prompt notification of any changes or cancellations ensures that your results are returned as soon as possible in order to complete your medical assessment.
