Detailed Medical History

Many years of experience has provided Gemini Medical with the scope to determine what is most effective and accurate in conducting a pre-employment medical, and then assessing fitness for work.

A major component of a Gemini pre-employment medical assessment is a comprehensive history of the candidate's pre-existing health, work history and lifestyle factors.

We have developed a series of questions for each candidate to answer, which we are confident provides our assessing doctors with vital history and context.

This information is then used to assist in the completion of the pre-employment medical. Any 'positive' responses are clarified by a Doctor during the physical assessment.
