Flu Vaccination: Protect your staff!

A quick and easy method
to help your staff
avoid the dreaded flu

In order to make your participation in our Flu Vaccination Program as quick and easy as possible, we have listed below the usual steps that our clients take when booking with us:

Step 1

Please email your request to info@geminimedical.com.au or phone (08) 9432 3050

Confirmation of time / date: Gemini Medical staff will contact you and confirm a date/ time that suits and then request completion of an Flu Expression of Interest 2008 (this is a list of all your staff who would like to receive the Flu

Return your Flu Expression of Interest 2008and send into Gemini Medical via email flu@geminimedical.com.au or fax (08) 9228 5244. Please refer to the Health Department Regulations for details.

Get ready for the visit

- Appoint a staff member to remind people about the vaccinations the day before and ask staff to wear loose, roll up sleeves or a removable jacket.
- Ensure you have a suitable private area for the nurse.
- Have a place for anyone feeling faint to lie down.
- Appoint a staff member to be in charge of the appointments on the day.
