Gemini Medical prides itself on the complete service delivery we are able to offer our clients, providing a single centralised booking service for all medical appointments.

Gemini Medical has an established network of over 200 clinics and affiliates in all major cities and most regional centres across Australia. Clinics working with the Gemini Medical network must agree to certain standards and timeframes and when established, clinics are awarded 'Gemini Preferred Provider' status.
Using our online or email booking service, all appointments are co-ordinated from the Bicton office in Western Australia.
All medicals completed in clinics not owned or managed by Gemini Medical are reviewed by the Gemini medical practitioners to ensure the quality of medical assessment.
Gemini Medical will:
- Respond to booking request within 24 hours.
- Contact candidate to confirm availability if required.
- Contact medical clinic to book appointment and ensure they understand requirements and have all necessary paperwork.
- Email booking confirmation to the nominated representative and the candidate.
- Ensure all services requested have been completed and returned to Gemini in a timely fashion. This will include following up outstanding results or paperwork that has not been completed.
- Collate medical results and refer to a Gemini Medical Practitioner for review.
- Email the completed medical to the nominated representative.
- Pay all bills received from service providers and invoice your company only one amount.
