As a popular tourist destination, Apollo Bay offers both swimming and surf beaches, as well as a large boat harbour and marina which is home to a major fishing fleet. The town features a good selection of restaurants and cafes, overlooking a wide, grassy foreshore which fronts the main swimming beach. Overlooking Apollo Bay are rolling green hills which set a stunning backdrop for this vibrant tourist town. Apollo bay is AON and DWS.

We are offering you the opportunity to relocate to this exciting location to work as a General Practitioner in our Apollo Bay clinic. This clinic includes:-

13 Low Care Nursing Home beds,
8 Nursing Home residential beds and 4 acute beds
A & E facility
Procedures room, x-ray and 24 hour nursing
Medtech software

The expectation is that each doctor will work nine sessions per week and share after hours requirements on a 1:2 basis.

To be eligible to work as a GP with Gemini Medical you should hold Fellowship of the relevant Australian Specialist College or an equivalent qualification and be registered or be eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Victoria. Alternatively you will be eligible for RACGP specialist traineeship and hold AMC part 1 and 2 with demonstrated 5 years of Australian equivalent full time general practitioner experience.
