Just a 2 hour flight north of Perth, Gemini's Newman Medical Centre offers you the opportunity to practice your Occupational Health, General Practitioner and A & E skills in a beautiful countryside setting.

Gemini Medical Newman can offer exceptional earning potential, flexible contracts and 6 weeks leave for its doctors as well as an established patient base.  In this medical centre with a currently expanding team of 3 Medical General Practitioners, the Doctors will be aided by efficient nursing and administration professionals to consult with a variety of patients from the local community, address occupational health issues and, in a shared effort with other GPs at the practice, provide emergency cover for Newman Hospital.  Excellent housing is also provided.

The successful candidate will have a combination of General Practice, Emergency/trauma medicine experience (at least 5 years) and any exposure to Occupational Medicine will be an added advantage. 
 
If you are an International Medical Graduate you will have passed the AMC multiple choice examination and successfully cleared the ILETS or OET, making you completely eligible for medical registration in Western Australia.

The Clinic is situated in some of the most beautiful countryside - Karijini National Park, one of the most spectacular and largest parks in WA, is less than two hours drive away.

With the largest open cut mine site on its doorstep, the Medical clinic has a strong working relationship with the mining community.

Newman has become an oasis for the outback with good infrastructure and community support.
