Gemini Medical have vacancies throughout regional Australia for experienced General Practitioners with postgraduate qualifications. We specialise in locum, long term and permanent placements in rural Australia. 

GP Requirements

LOCUM PLACEMENT: 3-5 years’ recognised experience in general practice is required combined with excellent accident and emergency skills. Any previous experience working in a rural or remote setting is a distinct advantage. It goes without saying that a spirit of adventure is essential!

REGIONAL PLACEMENT: 5 years’ recognised experience in general practice is required combined with excellent accident and emergency skills. Any previous experience working in a rural or remote setting is a distinct advantage. It goes without saying that a spirit of adventure is essential!

OCCUPATIONAL MEDICINE: An interest or experience in musculoskeletal or sports medicine is an advantage.

Once we have all the documentation we can begin the Gemini registration process. This will include clinical screening, an in-depth review of your CV and qualifications, background checks and of course reference checks. We will keep you up to date throughout this process, working with you to achieve the best possible outcome.
