Gemini Medical owns and manages 40 medical clinics nationally with 200+ staff and over 90 medical practitioners working with us.

Gemini Medical has combined the areas of general practice and occupational medicine to specialise in offering customised and fully integrated services in metropolitan, rural and remote locations within Western Australia.

IPN Ownership
On April 11th 2008, Independent Practitioner Network Ltd (IPN) acquired all of the shares in Gemini Administration Services Pty Ltd (Gemini). Gemini Administration Services contracts Gemini Medical Services to ensure all legislative requirements relating to the registration of Doctors are met.

IPN is the second largest operator of medical centres in Australia, facilitating quality general practice. IPN doctors conduct over 4 million patient consultations per year.  Its network of more than 120 modern, multidisciplinary medical practices are situated throughout Australia and over 800 doctors currently practice from these centres with growth occurring in all states.

IPN is a publicly listed company on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX: IPN) offering investors an ethical, competitive and community-based investment.
The directors of Gemini Medical Services Pty Ltd (a company affiliated with Gemini) are medical practitioners and are registered with the Medical Board of Western Australia.
